Ashley guides you to return to your body, your essence and your inherent healing wisdom. As an Arvigo Practitioner, she uses the ancient therapy of traditional healers to help bring balance and healing to your life. She weaves together massage, sacral corrections, herbal formulas, yoni steams and moxa, in addition to teaching you empowering tools. Arvigo therapy has produced powerful testimonials of women, who have among other things aligned their uterus, overcome uterine and ovarian conditions (fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, prolapse, hysterectomy) and relieved painful and/or irregular menstrual cycles and menopausal symptoms. Women in the season of Motherhood have used this therapy not only to prepare for conception, but also to help with fertility challenges, miscarriage and rejuvenating cesarean scar tissue. The session addresses the woman as a whole, nurturing the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies to bring harmony and balance.

Ashley learned/developed Fit For Birth (FFB) and became certified as a Pre/Postnatal Corrective Exercise Specialist. She completed her training in the Art of Sacred Postpartum and offers support to mothers as they traverse from matriarch into motherhood. In the summer of 2019, Ashley came to the Big Island to birth her second son, Jovian Keao.

Ashley became a massage therapist in 2003, graduating with a double degree from Indiana Business College and Florida College of Natural Health. Early in her career in Miami, she worked with professional athletes (video testimonials) from the Miami Heat, as well as other NBA/NFL teams and Olympic athletes. She attended advanced medical/sports massage courses with industry leaders: Advanced Orthopedic Massage (Orthomassage), Myoskeletal Alignment, NeuroMuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active Isolated Stretching and Ashiatsu.

Ashley also resided at an ashram to complete her Sampoorna Yoga Training. She believes that Yoga is a lifestyle and  educates her clients in the art of living fully and whole. She often prescribes yoga asanas for strength or stretching and breathing techniques to bring balance and relieve aliments.

She weaves these teachings, her signature massage techniques, breath work and movement into Corrective Massage Therapy sessions.

From 2006-2012 Ashley toured the World with renowned musician and composer, Yanni.

She is certified in Indiana and California (#43570), and licensed in Florida (MA39844 & MA80800) and Hawaii (MAT15891).
