What is functional breathwork and why do I need it?
Do you get breathless doing simple things?

If you experience any of these symptoms, you may be breathing disfunctionally. By changing your breathing patterns and becoming more aware of your breath and how to use it, functional breathing patterns may assist you in feeling better, having more energy and experiencing more focus.
