Sound Meditation by Cosmik Sound

This Sound Bath will use a mix of Gongs and Crystal Bowls to focus on relaxing and rejuvenating your mind, body, and spirit, effortlessly releasing what no longer serves you. Come bathe in an ocean of sound.

Two Classes:
4:30 - 5:30 pm or 6 - 7 pm.

Please note:

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you may need to lay comfortably and bathe in a ocean of sound.

All classes, unless otherwise indicated, are DONATION BASED, there is a suggested donation but as always, leave what you can!

Kids 7 and over are welcome as long as they can lay quietly and respect the experience of others.

PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5-10 MIN EARLY TO SETTLE IN
