This special event will celebrate the heightened energy of the full moon and feature the solar flare gong. Emotions, mental processes, dreams, etc are all amplified. This is a time of gratitude, gracefully acknowledging the beauty of life and all you have brought into beingness.

This is powerful full moon with a call to discover deep desires from the inside. Think of following the beat of your own drum and not being one of the sheep in the herd. What is unique to you? What is your expression? Open your voice and speak out, even if it just to yourself in the mirror.

Please bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything you may need to lay comfortably and bathe in a ocean of sound.

All classes, unless otherwise indicated, are DONATION BASED. There is a suggested donation of $20 but as always, leave what you can!

Kids 7 and over are welcome as long as they can lay quietly and respect the experience of others.
