Morning Yoga Flow Class with David Newman
Yoga flow is a beginner to intermediate levels yoga class that is purposefully designed to start your day with breathing and movement to warm your muscles, increase heart rate and bring fresh energy to your day. Inspired from both Hatha (slow controlled movements) and Vinyasa (linking multiple movements with breathing), the class incorporates various techniques and poses depending on the class focus. Regardless of if you are new to yoga, or have been a practitioner for many years, morning flow is an excellent way to bring life force energy, concentration, and a positive state of mind to your morning.
