NEW! First series is now full. We have added a second Yoga for Anxiety Relief Series starting Dec 6th. This one will be held on Friday’s 8:30-10am.
Join us and learn the many ways that yoga practices can help you manage anxiety. You will learn breathing practices to help calm the body and meditative ways of working with anxious thoughts. Each class will include a gentle and restorative yoga practice, allowing you to embody the relaxation experiences. Teachings about the seeds of anxious thoughts will provide opportunities for self-reflection.
This series is appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners, especially those new to yoga!
